The Customer Service Department is responsible for receiving telephone calls to information or complaints from consumers or passengers, and through this will return the objects or users to leave or lose on the bus route.
For lost and in order to get your location is as agile and effective, it must inform all the data as you can provide, noting with regard to: the description of the lost property, the date and time of the incidence The line number where the object presumably lost the registration number of the bus or the same (if you know any of this information).
The unclaimed found objects remain in our Office of found objects for a maximum period of thirty days.
